Each and every one of us serves customers, whether we realize it or not. Maybe you’re on the front lines of a company, serving the people who buy your products. Perhaps you’re an accountant, serving the employees by producing their pay checks and keeping the company running. Or maybe you’re a company owner, serving your staff and your customers. What follows is a brief examination into the goals and techniques of, and how we may apply, Personalized Customer Service.

Introduction: When we’re going to offer customers personalized service, we're letting them know that we care about their specific needs. One way to provide good personalized customer service is to pay close attention to their likes and dislikes, and ask questions about the type of products or services they're looking for. Personalized Customer Service is not possible to be offered in every business, it only means different things to different companies depending on their market and their strategy.
Findings: Offering personalized customer service can make your business very attractive to customers. While such service often cost more to produce, which is then reflected in the price, many customers are happy to pay more money if it means they will get exactly what they want. Businesses claim that personalized customer Service can drive revenue, differentiate valued customers, and increase loyalty. But success with these technologies depends on knowing your customers and what your business want to achieve, conducting due diligence, having the right team in place, and receiving high-level management commitment.

...English 101 Lincoln’s Challenge Everyone has certain moments in their lives that have a lasting impression. Some people get a new job, meet fascinating new people, or get married. The experience that made an impression, even changed my life was going to Lincoln’s Challenge Academy. This academy was one of many big changes in my life. The benefits of this academy will help me through the difficult trials of life that I will face in the years to come. I knew my past wasn’t the best, but from what I had heard from a few friends the other teens that were going to attend were going to be much worse. When I arrived at LCA in January, I was absolutely terrified. I didn’t want to leave the comfort of my home, parents, friends, or especially my bed! What made matters worse was that I would have to gone for six months without my phone! ...Introduction: Individual Reflection on Team Experience Today in many industries and organizations group/team work is a tool for effective achievement of organizational goals. Understanding the way groups develop and how they impact organizational success is important to the effective use of groups in organizations. One of the most common models to describe how groups develop was described by Tuckman. Tuckman studied group development as it was seen in group therapy. This was then extrapolated to involve the development of all groups and teams that exist in areas such as those seen in organizations. In 1966, Tucker proposed that group development progressed through four identifiable stages which were named forming, storming, norming and performing. The Tuckman model for the stages of group development is one of the most cited models in the business world. Over the years there were other studies that also agreed that groups go through stages and they had identified that there appeared to be an “ending” stage as well. In 1977 Tuckman with Jensen reviewed who the stages of group development had evolved over the years since his first proposal of the stages of group development and in response to other studies they added a final stage of group development which the called adjourning (Tuckman & Jensen, 1977). For some patients, the preoperative period may last for months, during which testing and other procedures may be done. For an emergency, such as an appendectomy, the preoperative period may last only a few hours. During the preoperative phase, preadmission testing is done to assess health history, family medical history, and any known allergies to medications. My expectations were bordering on guarded caution to indifference. ...The Experience Your arrival to the residence starts with you examining a house that is physically well-kept. A beige house with tan shutters, and landscaping throughout the yard that is reminiscent of a magazine cover. The sound of a bird’s chirping, and bumblebees buzzing in the summertime, makes you feel warm. You walk up to our home feeling a sense of welcoming. When you finally walk into our house, the experience begins. The captivating smell transports you into another dimension. My mother loves to cook, and the aroma of spices and vegetables simmering in a pot leaves a strong impression throughout the home. The sound of a cook hard at work distracts you with clanging, chopping, and shaking of her tools. The warmth of the air with these sweet aromatic smells makes you feel invited and happy to be there. Upon entering you will also meet our dogs. They are very pleased to greet you, but all guests must first be approved by man’s best friend. Their submissiveness is very playful, and it is always customary to give a scratch or pat on their head. Both dogs wag their tails in excitement and with their tongue hanging out of their mouth they pant from the affection. The house is bright and airy with photographs of memories hanging about the walls. Strategically placed, every picture has a purpose in its occupied space. Most of my professional work has been independent in nature, and I have never been a “joiner;” I generally have not been drawn to join groups or teams, as I have an aversion to what often seems a contrived or asinine purpose. The subject we decided to write about was the scandal created by AIG Insurance and its effects on the economy. Based on the abundance of information available for this topic, the group believed that we would have no problems completing the project.
