Z.

A pool is created through contributions made by persons seeking to protect themselves from common risk. Premium is collected by insurance companies which also act as trustee to the pool.
Any loss to the insured in case of happening of an uncertain event is paid out of this pool.
Insurance works on the basic principle of risk-sharing. A great advantage of insurance is that it spreads the risk of a few people over a large group of people exposed to risk of similar type.

...“Learning About Myself” Cindy Radford Nursing Analysis, NUR 2430 Ms. Phyllis Hosey November 22, 2011 “Learning About Myself” In developing ideas for this paper, I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned that I am a lot more complex than I originally thought. I have a multitude of strengths and weaknesses and I think I could make a positive impact on the nursing world after graduation. I am in the process now of learning how to use my strengths for greater good and turn my weaknesses into something positive that I can use to build on. In order to discuss some of my strengths and weaknesses, I have to first tell you about why I wanted to become a nurse. When I was growing up, I had a bit of a rocky childhood. I was bounced between parents a lot and moved so much it was hard to make, and keep, friends. At the age of five, I was left at my grandparent’s home for the weekend by a mother that never came back for me. She left the country and left me behind. From that point on, I was raised by my grandmother and grandfather. They were wonderful to me! They saw to it that I was raised with manners and instilled in me that education was very important. I always knew they chose to raise me and that made them very special in my life. I worked my entire life to be able to do for them like they had for me over the years and when I was 25 years old, I got the chance. My grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. His health deteriorated quickly and I...

Later I met Mr. Vency Ferandes, Head HR. The atmosphere was very warm and the ambience was good. We had to remove our footwear outside...this shows the organizational culture. Then the actual discussion about recruitment and selection started. Knowledge was imparted on both the sides. The HR team in Acme consisted of 3 persons. Mr. Fernandes, Recruiter and Admin. Vency has been in this organization since a long time. HE started working in the field of HR since 1988. Later did LAW. 10 years after working he did part time MBA from ITM in New Bombay. My Opinion About About Marxism

...My opinion about about Marxism I will start by saying I admire both the great Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels whom through their ideas and inspiration gave birth to Marxism. Marx was a creative, idealist and a determinist scholar who was willing to change his mind when he's confronted with new ideas. I also believe that there were two Marx in the sense that the young Marx was more of revolutionist while the matured Marx was more of economist. I wouldn't want to discuss in details about Marx's ideas but I believe that he was one of the greatest political scientist in the seventh century whose theories about society, economics and politics created the term Marxism. Marx basically believed that human societies progress through class struggle: a conflict between an ownership class that controls production and a proletariat that provides the labour for production. He called capitalism the "dictatorship of the bourgeoisie," believing it to be run by the wealthy classes for their own benefit; and he predicted that, like previous socioeconomic systems, capitalism produced internal tensions which would lead to its self-destruction and replacement by a new system: socialism. He argued that under socialism society would be governed by the working class in what he called the "dictatorship of the proletariat", the "workers' state" or "workers' democracy". He believed that socialism would eventually be replaced by a stateless, classless society called communism. Yes it's true......

Among them, the mobile phone have been used in various such programs, to combat poverty and give the people a chance to join the new information society that is widely spoken of and experienced in Western societies. ...Questions about the Volkswagen Scandal: Volkswagen is embroiled in one of the biggest corporate scandals of recent years. The German car maker has been installing “defeat devices “– software that allows cars to cheat in emission tests, making them appear than they actually are. What is Volkswagen accused of? Volkswagen’s software allowed it to beat the tests in a lab, but when on the road with emissions controls switched off, cars would pump out nitrogen oxide (NOx) at up to 40 times the legal limit. Crucially, the software “knew” when it was being tested, allowing it to switch emissions controls on and off. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found that many VW cars being sold in America had devices in diesel engines that could detect when they were being tested. The EPA’s findings cover 482,000 cars in the US only, including the VW- manufactured Audi A3, and the VW brands Jetta, Beetle, Golf and Passat. Who is to blame? It’s not yet clear who is responsible for fitting the cheating software. Martin Winterkorn, the German company’s chief executive, accepted responsibility when he resigned, but denied any wrongdoing on his part. Prosecutors in Germany have opened a criminal probe into Mr. Winterkorn. Mr. Winterkorn is replaced by Matthias Mueller, the boss Porsche. Where did the incident happen and why did Mr. Winterkorn resign? This scandal has happened in the United States of America. Mr. Winterkorn denied having any knowledge of the emissions......
