...to keeping those extra employees in which you once needed. A. Supporting Evidence An article from the RCN publishing company stated that “proposing the resolution, Wales member Kiera Jones said fireworks’ result in serious burns requiring skin grafting, injuries that can take weeks or months to heal. The costs to the individual are incalculable”. B. Explanation If the ban proposed here is actually put into place in their respective counties it could be detrimental to their success and ultimately leave them with a lot of extra employees in which they are in debt to. The ban could be lifted and all would be good but in this kind of business you never know what the future will hold. C. So What? So in a perfect scenario all would be great for Acme Fireworks if no spectators got hurt and no ban was put into place banning the use of fireworks. But on the other side of things, if it all went downhill and they were at ends meet they would have to let go of the extra employees they once needed and then try and figure out who they were going to outsource their products too so they wouldn’t lose too much money. IV. Body paragraph #3 – Topic Sentence #3 With this business dealing with mainly commercial contracts and the nature of their business they will be dealing with (UCC) which is the Uniform Commercial Code. A lot of the rules in the UCC are identical to some common laws but if they are not they fall into this code. A....
