To be of value, such a framework should have certain qualities. Brokers Model: Brokers are market-makers, meaning they bring buyers and sellers together to facilitate transactions. Brokers often play a major role in B2B (business to business), B2C (business to consumer) and sometime C2C (consumer to consumer) markets.
