Direct to Fan Model

Direct-to-Fan is a business model used by independent musicians, independent music labels, music marketing professionals, promoters, and others in the music industry. Direct-to-Fan is also becoming a model used by the broad definition of artists, including comedians, visual artists, and other entertainers looking to build and leverage a fan community throughout their career.

The Direct-to-Fan model bypasses the major record label model that historically controlled radio, venue, and distribution channels, and lets the artist (or the team that supports that musician) create interest in their music directly with their fans, identify those fans, market directly to and develop relationships with those fans, sell directly to and monetize those relationships, and use those relationships to expand their fan base.

Foundation components of this model include music discovery sites, and Direct-to-Fan music sales, marketing, and business solutions.

Direct-to-Fan models encourage engaging directly between the artist and their fans, keeping the fans engaged, knowing who they are (who, what, when, where, why), building the artist's brand, and developing the artist-to-fan relationship over time.

Fan Coil

...Fan Coil Routine Cleaning 1. Gather all necessary equipment and supplies prior to setting up at the fan coil, see below. 2. Prepare the fan coil for servicing by clearing a work space around the unit and proceed to cover the floor with a sheet of clean 4 or 6 mil polyethylene sheeting. 3. Set up at the fan coil unit being careful not to use the occupants’ furniture as a work station. 4. Turn both the thermostat and the circuit breaker to the OFF position which supplies electricity to the fan coil. Take note of the thermostat settings prior to turning the unit off. 5. Remove the return grill and filter cartridge. The power switch inside the unit must also be turned OFF before proceeding. 7. ...There are three types of sports fans — which one are you? THE CASUAL FAN: Casual-Fans are fans who aren't particularly into their fandom. They enjoy it, know some trivia, see some movies, have some stuff. Casual-Fans are more laid back.  This is probably most of my friends. They have their favorite sports teams but they don’t make the effort to watch every game. They know the name of the key players on the roster but that’s it. When the game is on, they’ll watch it but if something else is interesting on TV, they’ll go to that channel instead. These kinds of fans won’t know every single rule for the game but they understand how the sport is played. These fans aren’t bandwagoners because they actually know things about the team and go to games. Sports is great to them, but there are other things that occupy their free times most often. ...Types of Fans A fan is a person who is fond of a certain thing, person, food, sports or any such things. N my opinion a fan is divided in three categories: - part time fans, die hard fans and optimistic fan. Let me explain this concept using a soccer match. A part time fan is one who does not have any particular team as his favorite, but he just enjoys watching the game as he is more overwhelmed by the sport than the players. Part time fans could also be people who follow a sport they like based on their availability. In the sense they follow a team or a sport based on their availability and convenience and don’t necessarily go to the stadium to watch their team play. Also, they might watch soccer if there’s nothing else that is interesting being played on television. Die-hard fans are like patriots and they patronize associating with a team. They believe their loyalties lie in speaking only good about a team and they would go against any person who badmouths a team they support. These die hard fans wear the sports jerseys of their favorite teams, make time to watch their favorite match at any cost, even if it means watching the match at late night and odd hours. A die-hard fan feels like the world is over when he sees his team loosing or not performing well. A die-hard fan is aggressive about the reputation of his team and can go to great lengths to support and defend the team he likes gravely.
