Làm fanpage business (quảng cáo, bán hàng...) thấy mọi người thường khá là bí về mặt làm nội dung, thậm chí.... không biết phải post cái gì lên. Post lên thì lượng tương tác khá thấp, mua hàng cũng không cao. Nên mình lập thớt này để thảo luận cùng mọi người cách làm nội dung cho các fanpage business cho hiệu quả. Trước hết là cách làm của mình.

Đầu tiên mình phân ra 4 khu vực nội dung (mình gọi là vùng) chính cho 1 fanpage và phần trăm các loại nội dung

1. Tạo ra các bản khảo sát (survey) hàng tháng, hàng quý 1 cách ĐỊNH KỲ
2. Chia sẻ những video, hình ảnh và câu chuyện nổi bật và hỏi ý kiến - Các chú nghĩ sao?
3. Mở cuộc thi (nhỏ to tuỳ)
4. Khuyến khích các chứng nhận, chứng thực của nhân viên/ khách hàng/ nhà cung cấp (về sp, dịch vụ của bạn)
5. Xin lời khuyên để cải thiện sản phẩm, dịch vụ của bạn
6. Kêu gọi vote cho sp/doanh nghiệp/fanpage của bạn trong 1 dịp nào đó
7. Giới thiệu khách hàng này cho khách hàng kia, có thể là 2 bên cùng ngành, cùng nhu cầu, hoặc là bên cần - bên có (nếu là doanh nghiệp B2B)
8. Khuyến khích khách hàng đặt ra các câu hỏi
9. Chia sẻ 1 vấn đề gì đó và xin lời khuyên
10. Sử dụng những câu đố vui test kiến thức

The idea of publicity and privacy do not comply with each other. In early 2012 Facebook decided to turn itself in to a Public Limited Company (PLC), a PLC is when the public is able to buy shares into a business.
