Strategies of conceptual modeling, like action diagrams, case analysis, business body modeling and process design, assist to make an clarification of the goals of business and requirements, and are free of execution know-how. This idea is followed by the organization in HR information system (Platt, 2002).
Logical views:
The architects create the request designs that engage reasonable views of the business pattern as they illustrate the way through which the business goals and necessities are fulfilled. The request designs portray the reasonable observation of the submission architecture.
The architects here are pertained with the on the entire application structure. They conclude on the function of procedure steps and data administration. On the Road

...the country in search of something more from his life in post-war America. The book revolves around a young man named Sal Paradise, and the whole story is told from his perspective. The rambling writing, while hard to understand sometimes, offers a detailed record of his pursuit and the ensuing antics. The story starts in 1947 where Sal meets a man named Dean Moriarty, a lively and animated man who was a “sideburned hero of the snowy West” (Kerouac 2). It was Dean who prompted Sal’s adventurous travels west. Along the way, Dean and Sal befriend Carlo Marx, an energetic young poet who shares the same view of wanting something a little more out of life. Sal’s journeys across the U.S. and to Mexico open his eyes to the good and bad, the up and downs in life. His constant stints on the road with madman Dean sometimes got him in trouble with the law. Other times, the trips allowed Sal to truly find out more about himself, and relate to Dean on a more personal level to share and connect The meaning behind the title On the Road lies in Sal’s innate desire for something more. The road in this novel comes to symbolize freedom and the solution to answer life’s problems. Sal constantly finds a refreshing sense of purity once he hits the open road, especially in the company of Dean, whose spirit was the catalyst for the voyages in the first place. However, once Sal and Dean get to Mexico City, their ideas of humanity become challenged when he realizes not everyone in the world......

...Lost Generation of disillusioned rebellious young men looking for freedom and self-expression. It is a religious generation on a spiritual quest back and forth in the lands of America. A relatively small movement in terms of published literature, the Beatnik generation's literary sphere was dominated by three leading figures: Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, and William Burroughs. The writings of these figures generally focused on the major themes of the generation itself, advocating a modern bohemian hedonism far exceeding that of any other movement of the 20th century. The most prominent and famous writer of this Beat Generation, Jack Kerouac, portrays his journeys through America in his autobiographical novel On the Road. In the book, Sal Paradise, the literary equivalent of Jack Kerouac, is a writer outsider in the search of a place under the sun. He is bored, disillusioned, and unhappy. Upon meeting his hero, Dean Moriarty, Paradise goes on a journey through the lands of America and Mexico, experimenting with drugs, sex, and alcohol, hitchhiking, stealing, sleeping under the sun, starving, yet engaging in exuberant and memorable experiences. Both friends rebel against the conformist American dream and go on the road to break with conventions and rules, with heightened expectations of what life should be and what life could actually offer. As they follow through their travels, the way they interact or exist in the different places or towns they visit changes, as their......

...The Air Force Way (AFWay) system is the current AF Web-based procurement system used to buy online commercial IT hardware, software and services. AFWay was developed, programmed, tested, and implemented within the 554th ELSW. Fielded in Mar 2002, the AFWay system combines e-Business and e-Commerce processes that guide users through requirement approval, purchase, and asset tracking by combining these into one simplified process. On 13 Aug 2003, the AF CIO mandated the use of AFWay Air Force wide to purchase all laptop and desktop computers. Despite AFWay’s success, the Air Force is in need of a more robust application to better enforce government rules/workflow requirements, integrate financial management functions with the existing AFWay functions, perform spend analysis, help transform procurement, implement e-procurement initiatives, and to provide a scalable and flexible foundation to meet future strategic enterprise-wide purchasing needs for all commodities. The AFWay II modernization initiative is intended to meet these requirements. SAF/AQC initiated the Enterprise Architecture for Procurement (EAP) architecture initiative to design the end-to-end procurement processes and systems of the future. The Air Force Way II (AFWay II) operational architecture is a subset of the EAP which consists of structured DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) architecture artifacts that capture AF procurement business goals and processes. AFWay II will meet the goals and objectives......

...Salvatore Taormina April 1, 2015 Professor White Beyonce Case Beyonce and Parkwood Entertainment really outdid themselves by releasing the surprise album Beyonce. The fifth studio album from the music icon was released on December 13, 2013 by her own music label Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. The digital download only was well worth the gamble as sales were well beyond projections. With gambling comes risk, risk including pissing of the distributors, not being able to advertize the album, and technical glitches. The retailers that put her album in the stores may refuse to put her album in the stores if it is digitally released first. Accordint to Callahan-Longo of Parkwood he states “ We know the retailers are going to be upset, Target drew the line in the sand with Frank Ocean’s album and they may do it with us too”. Second was the advertizing campaign that virtually didn’t exist. Parkwood couldn’t call up television, radio, and magazines, because the album was kept a secret. Not being able to carefully schedule singles to drive interest in the album before it came out was a huge disadvantage. Finally Beyonce was going into unknown territory. The technical glitches were a legitimate concern because no one knows exactly what the fan experience will be, because it’s all new. Beyonce’s album launch was very different from the more traditional music release because you could only buy the album digitally with a video attached to each song. The......

...Summary Emily Bings Sociology November 16, 2015 In the eye-opening 1989 film Do the Right Thing, Spike Lee was able to create a captivating story of racial tension and discrimination. Starring as Mookie in his award-winning movie, Lee portrays a pizza delivery man trying to support his girlfriend and son. The pizzeria has been run for twenty-five years by an Italian-American named Sal, who has an older son named Pino who is incredibly racist towards African Americans. Pino and his brother Vito are suffering a rocky relationship due to Vito’s friendly demeanor towards Mookie, which Pino practically views as a crime. These separate racial groups set the discriminatory tone for Lee’s disturbing yet inspiring hit film. This intense drama captured racism in urban America using simple characters that were able to portray a huge amount of meaning and values. Tensions begin to rise on a hot summer day between Buggin’ out, Mookie’s close friend, and Sal at his pizzeria. Buggin’ Out takes it upon himself to directly ask Sal about the lack of black celebrities on his “Wall of Fame,” to which Sal states that he does not need to feature anyone who is not Italian in his restaurant. After Buggin’ Out’s unsuccessful protest against the wall with Radio Raheem and Smiley, tension is left thick and raw between the two racial groups. Radio Raheem and Smiley, although not the stars of the film, seem to hold pretty large significance just by their character identities alone. Smiley is a......
