Most of training Shoe Company sees that Nike is the "king of the training shoe company".
So they study why it is the biggest training shoe in the world??!!
To answer this important question, they need to treatise several main points:
1. The history of the training shoe.
2. Nike manufacturing strategy.
3. Nike out sourcing and marketing strategy.


Training shoes are a global product, that is the same shoe are bought around the world.
Global sales were worth $17 billion in 1998.
Just three companies dominate sales of training shoes worldwide: US-based Nike, and
