HOW TO MAKE TELEMARKETERS MAD Are you tired of telemarketers calling you even after you asked to be on there “Do Not Call List”? Well, telemarketers get a 2-5 minute break after every call, which they can surf the web, read, chill out. So our goal when making them mad is to make them talk on the phone for as long as possible. Most people answer the phone and right away when they figure out it’s a telemarketer they hang-up. Well think about it; you just gave them 5 minutes of free time. So now I will show you a few methods of annoying them.
1. The Yes method: This one is pretty simple all you have to do is say yes. So when you answer the phone say “Yes?”. Then they will start talking and then you say “yes” when they ask something or tell you something. The funny part is when they ask you a non-yes or no question such as “what is your social security number” You say yes and it’s hilarious .
2. Dragging it out: Another one is to drag the call out as long as possible. What I mean is, if they inform you of something, wait a couple more sentences and ask about that statement. Then after a long talk tell them that you aren’t interested.
3. Telemarketer in training: This one, unfortunately, I didn’t make up. What you do is repeat everything that they say. When they ask you why you’re doing it you tell them “I’m training to be a telemarketer” and then hang up. Notes: Another thing to do is if they call you any names or swear at you ask them to speak to their supervisor. They will either hang up or pass it on to them. If they do put the supervisor on, make sure you tell him/her what their telemarketer did. So there you go, some tips & tricks to annoy telemarketers.…...

How to Annoy People at the Airport or in a Plane

...reading to find out ways you can get in on this action and annoy other people anywhere on your next flight. Let’s start off start off our lesson with the start of your trip. Ah yes, the airport. Depending on how old you are, this may be a time of last minute panic or a boring waiting period where the best thing to do is to lean against your parents. Regardless of that, there are things you can do to make other people feel as uncomfortable and agitated as you. For example, try packing one suitcase and one carry-on luggage with the suitcase completely filled to exceed the maximum weight and the carry-on almost empty. That way, when you are finally at the check-in and there is a huge line behind you, you can take as long as you want unpacking the suitcase and slowly filing the carry-on luggage with the excess weight from the suitcase. Slowly take out items from the suitcase and put it into the carry-on and after every few items ask them to check the weight. This will definitely get people moaning and groaning and more frustrated. It’s a waste of everyone’s energy except your own because you’re prepared and done with waiting. Now that the first part of the trip is over, let’s focus on the midair period of your travel. During the flight there are many things you can do to tick off people around you, however your actions must be discrete and not of major proportions. Because you don’t want to get arrested (you know how airplane security is nowadays) you need to imagine ways of...

Many teachers did not take advantage of the training sessions of past technology training not being pertinent to teaching and their subject areas. Training was typically provided after school. The presented measures evaluated the use of software in the learning setting. The psychometric value of teachers’ technology attitudes showed promise as a measure for identifying training demands or as instrumentation for evaluating professional training. Professional training through focused groups and fine-tuning the research also gave teachers better insights on how they lacked the skills in using the technology (Swan &ump; Dixon, 2006). According to the involved teachers, without the extensive period of support, the integration of technology is challenging. In addition, Swan and Dixon (2006) found that teachers felt having a mentor-supported training was beneficial and informative. A number of training and development sessions from Swan and Dixon’s (2006) study also found that teachers expressed the desire for more training to enhance their technological skills. The researchers confirmed that the study’s validity and reliability of the scale occurred through data collection from the participants. The researchers found little or no psychometric vigorous measures concerning technology attitudes......

...An authoritarian style of management allows two things to happen. It makes people work harder and it allows less room for mistakes. When you have an autocratic leader, they generally rule by fear which makes people work harder to not let these leaders down as they are constantly reminded of the punishment for not working hard. This ensures that they do not slack at any point and for a company as successful as Marks and Spencer’s, keeping ahead of the game and other competitors is vital. Using an autocratic style, you assume your workers are all “theory x workers” and you give them all the information possible to ensure no mistakes are made. An autocratic leader would tell employees what to do, where to do it and how to do it to make sure they had no responsibility of their own and that there were minimal mistakes made. These are two viable reasons why some Marks and Spencer’s managers might have adopted an authoritarian style of management. From delegating authority, Marks and Spencer’s will gain many different things. From the shop manager’s point of view, it provides them with more responsibility which is a motivator, therefore increasing the productivity and innovation provided by the shop managers. This new found responsibility makes the shop managers feel more in touch with their shops and makes them work harder for them as it becomes more personal, and this benefits Marks and Spencer’s in many ways. This decentralisation can motivate and empower junior managers and......

What Annoy Visitors in a Website or Blog.

...What Annoy Visitors in a Website or Blog. Hi Friensd! What might be responsible for a frequent visitor or follower of a particular website or blog to stop visiting the site? Many factors might have contributed to that. The following action of a Webmaster can really frustrate those people that normally visit his website or a blog and which directly drives them away. 1. Loading site with pop-up windows Pop-up windows are windows that open when a visitor reaches a page as well as when they leave the page. This can really annoy visitors. In fact, if you want to annoy them even further, open a pop-up window when they click on links on your site. 2. Disabling right click menu of the browser. Never mind that people need the right click menu for many purposes, and that they can access the same functions through the main menu bar even after you've disabled it. After all, if your aim is to annoy, you might as well make their visit to your site as unpleasant as possible. 3. Playing background music  when visitors arrive to page and page is loaded with background music, they are likely to leave the site immediately because of the large amount of their MB that the site will consume. 4. Making every link on a site to open in a new window when visitors clicks on it. That is, put a target="_blank" to every link. This will annoy visitors since every time they click on a link in your site, a new window or tab will open. Imagine the number of windows those poor......

...market share to more technically advanced products. Countries that are less developed than the United States may not need state-of-the-art technology and may be unable to afford the most sophisticated and expensive products. Such markets may instead have a surprisingly healthy demand for products that are older or that are considered obsolete by market standards. MAKING THE EXPORT DECISION Once a company determines it has exportable products, it must still consider other factors, such as the following: • • • • What does the company want to gain from exporting? Is exporting consistent with other company goals? What demands will exporting place on the company's key resources - management and personnel, production capacity, and finance - and how will these demands be met? Are the expected benefits worth the costs, or would company resources be better used for developing new domestic business? Answers to these questions can help a company not only decide whether or not to export but also determine what methods of exporting should be initially used. THE VALUE OF PLANNING Many companies begin export activities haphazardly, without carefully screening markets or options for market entry. While these companies may or may not have a measure of success, they may overlook better export opportunities. In the event that early export efforts are unsuccessful because of poor planning, the company may even be misled into abandoning exporting altogether. Formulating an export strategy......

...individuals appreciate people and enjoy being in the company of others. In fact, they tend to be most comfortable when among those with whom they have established strong emotional and social ties. Family, personal and business relationships are all equally important to affiliative people. Others tend to see them as warm, trusting and socially skilled. They share their thoughts and feelings easily, and help others to feel important and worthwhile. I totally agree with this style being the number two spot on the list. On the job, I tend to be that person others come and talk to when they are facing issues on or off the job. I value my relationships personally and professionally and hold myself in high regard to be of value to people. I am amazed at how well the LSI profile describe my exact thinking styles. My limiting style would have to be the Perfectionistic Style. Although we frequently think of perfectionism as a contributing factor in attaining excellent results, it is actually self-defeating. Perfectionists typically work unceasingly on tasks and set unrealistically high performance standards. Since their drive for perfection practically guarantees failure, these individuals tend to remain dissatisfied with even their best work. I chose perfectionism style because it tends to hinder me professionally. I tend to beat myself up over my best work. Worrying whether things are just right haunts me. ...Dylan Anthony 4/11/16 How to Reload .45 Caliber Ammunition When reloading ammunition, you can reload any type of ammunition ranging from a .22 to a .45 caliber bullet. In order to be able to reload your own ammunition, you need a variety of equipment that is very costly in the beginning but will pay off in the long run down the road. Nowadays, the price to make your own is a lot cheaper than a box of bullets from the gun shop. The necessary equipment that is required to start the process is 1 of 2 presses, either a turret press or progressive press. The set of dies, which comes in a set of 4, that actually reshape and place the new bullet into the casing. A powder scale that measures in grains is needed but a digital one is recommended. Gun powder with a funnel and the bullet itself is also needed to reload your ammunition that have collected brass for. It is very important that you clean every single brass casing that you collected from previous fires because this will allow the casings the slide into the dies without damaging the dies. Also, inspect each casing before starting the process to make sure that there are no nicks in the casing that will cause a misfire that could injure a person. First, using the full length sizer die reshapes the brass casing to its original shape because when its fired the brass expands. Included with this die is a capper pin......
