...has been preformed and the data is collected, my team and I will come up with an organizational plan that will identify and discuss some major strategies that my team and I plan to implement in order to improve the safety of future surgical patients. What is a SWOT analysis? First off what is a SWOT analysis and how can it be beneficial in terms of turning a declining situation into a triumph one. The SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used by companies to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved in a project or business ventures (Wikipedia, 2009). For example the analysis evaluates the internal organization strengths by way of comparing the organization with competitors, region and societal demands or weaknesses in comparison to the organizations competitors or internal flaws (Dunn, 2007). A SWOT analysis also helps to identify opportunities for advancing ahead of competitors or serving a patient population that is not served or not served well (Dunn, 2007). What is a Plan of Action? After the SWOT has been evaluated and organizations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats have been established. A plan of action is drafted in order to provide the, day-to-day, framework necessary to guide the organization in the right direction. Without an action plan it is likely that a strategic plan will remain just a dream with no hope of realization (Shapiro,2009). Strengths and......

...System training will be conducted through the help and support page of the system by me Database analyzing Introduction In Software development life cycle is very important to understand all the user requirements about the system users. And also should come up with a proper Entity Relation Diagram which is very much important for the further design of the project. Because richness of the project is mostly depends on its database design. So have to identify all the entities and relationships of the specification. With a well designed database it becomes easy to manipulate all the data, easy to expand the System and also can retrieve and manage data in an efficient manner. According to the specification, project carries out lot of internal and external tasks. They are involved in works such as Reserving assignment slot, keeping student and instructor details, assignment detail as well. Product Assesment

...PRODUCT ASSESMENT Tiffany Burke Professor Farrar MKT 100 July 28, 2013 Product Assessment Decline stage is defined as the product life-cycle; in which a product’s sales decline to low or negative growth rate in sales. During this stage of any product, sales are diminished and consumers’ taste shifts to a newer or better offering. Eventually what happens is profits fall and it makes not profitable to produce the product anymore. As a number of other companies dominate the market, it becomes increasing difficult for the company in question to maintain its level of sales. This is something in the case of digital music players like the Apple IPod. Profitability will fall, eventually to the point where it is no longer profitable to produce, and production will stop. As a number of companies start to dominate the market, it becomes increasingly difficult for the company in question to maintain its level of sales. Consumer tastes also change, as do new technologies which may make the product become ultimately obsolete (as in the case of CDs and DVDs, and now Blu-Ray).Profitability will fall, eventually to the point where it is no longer profitable to produce, and production will stop. Critical Assesment of Communication in Advertising

...Critical Assesment of Communication in Advertising Society is composed of individuals. It is due to the communication ability that humans are considered superior to animals. The process of communication has always been and will always play a significant role in the existence of human life. No human can survive without communicating. It is believed that prior to the time of human existence there were no symptoms of speech and writing. When humans started residing on the earth it was only after a long years of time that they had actually started to speak. At first the communication was only at intra-personal level and thus defining it as intra-personal communication. Gradually interaction between the individuals increased which was later termed as inter-personal communication. This was not enough. Then people started thinking in wider perspective. The communication broadened its horizon to group communication, Organizational communication and then to mass communication. The time where we live is 21st century and this period is very well known for its development in science and information technology. Nowadays emails, internet, fax, phones, mobiles, television are very common. And these are the tools that have made communication easier, faster, and reliable. At present it takes no time to communicate from one corner of the world to other. In this relation, the whole world is being looked at as a single community that is connected by electronic communication systems. Thus,......

...Recommendation Brief for an Internal Accountant Kandi Kolka ACC/544 January 19, 2015 Bunney Schmidt Recommendation Brief for an Internal Accountant When a company hires an Internal Auditor it is usually to improve the business or make sure internal accounts are effective. An auditor would be hired to come into the business and go through the accounts. The accountant would make sure that the company is complying with the government. The auditor would look for internal fraud, operations, and assets. The auditor is hired to make sure the company is profitable and if not what they should do to become profitable. There are three ways for a company to change profitability; by increasing sales, decreasing variables and or reducing average operating expenses. An internal accountant is brought into a business to improve the effectiveness of the internal day to day operations. The internal accountant will test or audit the internal controls for mismanagements and fraud. The internal auditor will make sure that the business is complying with all of the government’s regulations. If the company is not complying this could mean serious trouble from the government. This is why it is important to bring someone who has a vast amount of knowledge into view the components of the company. When an individual internal auditor is brought into a company they may not have exact knowledge of the company but they know what they are looking for. They will investigate the books of the company....

Risk Assesment

... |Head of health and safety at NewVIc college | Leaking Roof As illustrated in P3, hazard number 1 is a leaking roof; this could have occurred because the roofing is old and worn down, so the rain leaks through the ceiling, causing the floor below to become wet and slippery. The wet floor could cause a student who is rushing to get to class to slip over and fracture their arm. I gave a likelihood of 4 in my risk assessment because lots of people walk around the college and use the C block therefore there are lots of chances for injury to occur. I gave a severity of 3 because the hazard has the risk of causing fractured bones or brain damage from internal bleeding, needing immediate medical attention. The combination of the likelihood 4 and severity 3 gives a risk rating of 12, which means it is a high risk situation; an immediate action should be put into place. In this case use warning systems such as signs to warn about the leak, and tell people to take precaution in the area, use a bucket to collect the water to stop it making the floor slippery and report the hazard to the relevant staff. After reporting the hazard and using warning systems, the likelihood changed to 2 which means unlikely, because there are signs to warn people to be careful and a bucket to collect the water to stop the floor from getting wet in the first place. This lowers the likelihood but not the severity......
