Hi I’m Hunter and I am going to teach you how to hit a baseball and run the bases. If you did not know but it is proven that hitting is the hardest part of baseball but it is the most fun part of the game. First what you do is tap the plate make sure that the bat is in the middle of the plate. Second put your hand up by your ear and don’t put your elbow up because you will dip your shoulder and you will pop out. Then you swing and you can’t hit the ball if you can’t see it so watch the ball hit the bat and you will hit it a long way.

Now to base running when the pitcher is on the rubber you take your lead and the way you do it is that you take 1 full step and don’t cross your legs or you will get off balance and get thrown out. Then you take one body length after the step. Pretend you have a string going from your elbow to your foot then when you see the foot come up you take off you turn your feet and then you off and then slide in to second base as you want to head first or feet first.

That is my speech on how to bat and base run in baseball I hope what I tough you will make you take it to use and go play some kind of sport that involves baseball like softball or baseball thank you for letting me…...

Google V/S Facebook Mobile Ad Revenue Shootout

...Case Study Mob War: “Google V/S Facebook Mobile Ad Revenue Shootout” Submitted By: Amaan Ansari ABSTRACT With the advent of tablets and smartphones the mobile advertisement segment has got a shot in the arm like never before. Initially termed as unnecessary cluttering of the device has entered a whole new dimension it seems as the latest reports by a World Wide Web giant, Facebook, suggest its success. So is the mobile advertisement heading for happily ever after? Reports by another World Wide Web giant, Google, suggest otherwise. The case takes into consideration the popularity, inherent qualities and limitations, pricing, challenges and scope of improvement of mobile advertising with respect to two biggest contributors to this segment i.e. Google and Facebook. So what exactly is the scenario? Let’s find out. INTRODUCTION Advertisers in the online realm are spoilt for choice. They have the option of utilizing large sites or a plethora of specialized websites, both large and small, to reach consumers with varied interests. However, few plans can be complete without including the big daddies viz. Google or Facebook - or both - because their sheer dominance on the web. Female V/S Males

...Female Friends vs. Male Friends Everyone chooses who they will become friends with very early on in his or her life. If one is a male, he tends to choose a male friend over a female friend. On the other hand, if one is a female, she tends to choose a female friend over a male friend. Although many people choose a friend simply based on what common interests they share, others will just choose a friend just to have a friend. Female friends are by far the best kind of friend to have if one is a female herself. Having a female friend is more beneficial than having a male friend because female friends give better advice, relate better to another female, and have more things in common. There are many differences in having a female friend compared to a male friend. One example is having a female friend gives better advice. Hair and makeup is something a male will not know anything about whereas the female will know everything about hair and makeup. For example, if I ask my fiancé,” What color should I dye my hair?” He will look at me strange, and say nothing. On the other hand, a female friend will give her advice and input to as what color it should be. Dating can be a hardship in a young female’s life. She will always have her female friend to give her dating advice. For example, female friends would come to other females to give them advice because she has already gone through what the other female has gone through, so she will have better advice to give although the......

S Corp Distributions V. Compensation

...Introduction S corporations are required to annually file Form 1120S, U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation, although they generally are not subject to federal income taxes. Instead, an S corporation passes its profits and net losses to the shareholders, who are required to report the items on their individual income tax returns. This distribution of the flow-through income, deductions, and other items are reported to the shareholder and the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1120S Schedule K-1, Shareholder’s Share of Income, Deductions, Credits, etc. S corporation is one of the fastest growing types of business entities and the most common type of corporate entity filing returns with the IRS. It also offers several attractive benefits to its shareholders. As pass-through tax entities means that profits are subject to tax at only one level. Organizing a business as an S corporation allows shareholders to avoid double taxation on business profits with limited liability protection. In addition, S corporations have the legal capacity to flow through business losses, within limitations, to their shareholders which can be used to offset their taxable income from other sources, such as salaries and wages. FICA tax is imposed only with respect to employee wages and not on distributive share of shareholders. If shareholder-employees are not paid a “reasonable” wage for the services they perform for the S corporation, the IRS may re-categorize distributions paid for......

Industrial Marketing V/S Consumer Marketing

...Industrial Marketing V/S Consumer Marketing Promotion: In the case of mass distributed consumer goods, advertising performs a large apart of the sales job. But in the case of industrial goods it is the personal selling that carries the main burden of persuading customers to buy. The reasons for this may be mainly due to the following factors : a) Need for providing technical information about the product.  b) Customers to be contracted are fewer in number.  c) The channels of distribution involved are shorter.  d) Necessity for a direct contract between producer and user especially for rendering 'pre-sales' and 'after-sales' services. Personal Salesmanship is,therefore, highly needed in the industrial goods market. Whether it is the selling of raw materials or supplies or selling the capital equipments, the services of an efficient an trained salesman are inevitable. He must have technical knowledge of his customer's production processes. He should also have the ability to convince the customers of the savings resulting form the purchase of the equipment he wants to sell. It is also his duty to install the machinery and prove its worth through 'trial running'. The nature of the salesman's job is dependent on the buying situation.  1. Whether the customer is buying the product for the first time,  2. Whether the customer is changing to a new source of supply (Here, the customer is in a position to weigh the merits and demerits of the new machines against the......

EDU NEC Laboratories America 4 Independence Way Princeton, NJ 08540 Editor: Michael Collins Abstract We propose a unified neural network architecture and learning algorithm that can be applied to various natural language processing tasks including part-of-speech tagging, chunking, named entity recognition, and semantic role labeling. This versatility is achieved by trying to avoid task-specific engineering and therefore disregarding a lot of prior knowledge. Instead of exploiting man-made input features carefully optimized for each task, our system learns internal representations on the basis of vast amounts of mostly unlabeled training data. This work is then used as a basis for building a freely available tagging system with good performance and minimal computational requirements. Keywords: natural language processing, neural networks 1. Introduction Will a computer program ever be able to convert a piece of English text into a programmer friendly data structure that describes the meaning of the natural language text? Unfortunately, no......

S & D Petroleum Co., Inc. V. Tamsett

...plaintiff by one of its customers, C & H Trucking, Inc. (hereinafter C & H). Defendant prepared a security agreement naming C & H and Charles and Carolyn Waltz, two individuals involved in the trucking concern, as the debtors and giving plaintiff a security interest in a 1984 Mack truck. Typed language, added to the preprinted form, provided that the debt with interest was payable as follows: "Cash on all oil deliveries plus $500.00 payment on account upon delivery of product to the debtor." This was followed by printed language in the form declaring that the collateral also secured "any other indebtedness or liability of the [d]ebtor to the [s]ecured [p]arty direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising, including all future advances or loans which may be made at the option of the [s]ecured [p]arty". The security agreement was executed but defendant failed to perfect it by filing (see, UCC 9-302 [1]). C & H subsequently paid off the debt and for a time had a credit balance with plaintiff. However, by March 1986 when plaintiff learned that the debtors were insolvent, that the Mack truck had been sold and that the debt was unsecured, the outstanding balance due from C & H exceeded $17,000. Although the Waltzes appear to be effectively judgment-proof, defendant has proceeded on plaintiff's behalf against a third individual associated with C & H as either a principal or guarantor. In the meantime, plaintiff commenced the......

Paper Based Books V/S E-Books

...PAPER BASED BOOKS V/S E-BOOKS Reading is a way through which languages are acquired. It helps in communicating as well as sharing one’s views on a particular subject. But, the main question here is, what means should be used to read? There are two school of thoughts; the first favors paper based books, while the other favors e-books. The first school of thought favors reading paper based books. Firstly, it says that reading paper based books is more superior to screens. Secondly, books are single tasking devices. While reading a paper based book, the reader can do little of another task; there is little distraction. It is possible to buy a used book, but not a used e-book. A real book can be resold. Thus, real books are better than e-books. The second school of thoughts favors reading e-books. First of all, e-books feature of portability has been a major hit. It is possible to carry an entire library of e-books everywhere, without worrying about weight. E-books are long lasting; and withstand time over paper based books. Lastly, e-books are bought and delivered online; there are no shipping charges. Hence, e-books are better than paper based books. In my opinion, e-books are more convenient than paper books. Firstly, it is eco-friendly, as no cutting down of trees is required to make papers. Next, e-books are a means of interactive learning, as it may contain audios/videos and animation. Lastly, e-books can be printed. Thus, a reader has an option of reading books on the...
