Strategic Plan Part II – Environmental Analysis and Setting Strategic Goals
In today’s paper we will discuss part II of our Strategic Plan for Sonexus Health A Cardinal Health Specialty Company. In this segment we will evaluate the significance and implications of an external environmental analysis in the development of a strategic plan. Next we will use the SWOT analysis and provide an assessment of Sonexus Health Care organization. In this section we will review how this organization will accomplish their mission, goals, and objectives for strategic planning. We will also evaluate how the organization will respond to internal and external challenges. And finally, we will incorporate our SWOT analysis findings into clearly stated goals and objectives for a 3 to 5 year period by focusing on the strategic plan areas.
The purpose of an environmental scanning is to implement your findings into a strategic plan for our organization. This includes growing trends, the consumers that are being served and provide opportunities for improvement. “Definitions of the term abound, but in essence it refers to the means by which organizations gather information on changing conditions and incorporate those observations into a process where necessary changes are made. The right information, combined with the right adaptations, can determine an organization's future viability.” (Dalton, 2011) Sonexus Health must move with the times as well as provide a high level of service to their clients as well as their patients. Legal and regulatory compliance will be a significant part of the daily operations of Kaizen’s leadership team. ...Strategic Plan, Part II: SWOTT Analysis BUS/475 September 3, 2013 Strategic Plan, Part II: SWOTT Analysis A business owner needs to realize that while there is great potential to succeed there is equal potential to fail. One of the greatest factors of success or failure is external factors and how they will play a role in the operations of a business. In this paper there will be a definition of some external factors for the Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant and how well the restaurant adapts to these factors. Analysis of the supply chain of operations will also be taken into consideration along with the identification of other issues and opportunities that may occur. ...Strategic Plan Conceptualizing a Business Part 1 Linda McKee BUS/475 June 25, 2012 Gene Foster I have a nephew who is autistic, and throughout his young life thus far I have searched for various programs and facilities that would enhance his learning ability. Now that he is an adult there are only a few places which offer continued life lessons and fun for adults with autism. Most of the facilities in the area are faced with little or no money for support. The government tries but has reduced funding to the nonprofit organizations because of the poor economic conditions. There is usually not enough staff to assist an individual with his or her special needs and must rely on donated time from professionals. Your loved one can be reduced to sitting around all day with no stimulation, interaction and no drive to go out and learn. The idea came that these adults needed some specialized training in how to make it in today’s life style. Life with Autism Programs and Facilities is the new organization I am introducing into the marketplace. In today’s society there are many families facing the dilemma of placing a loved one with autism who has become an adult in a comfortable and trust worthy setting while he or she has to work. When they were children it was a little easier because there is a more comprehensive effort for the younger generation because they are just starting life. Individuals with Autism need to have the......
