...actual events. There is a positive aspect of this story and the Indians want to share it with everyone. There is an actual museum made for the tribes and they are nationwide recognized from the government for their courage to speak out and still conduct businesses and other act as activities tribe despite the outcome of this history of the American Indians. It is high time for the positive sides of this history of violence and hate to be turned around into something that everyone can get along and head towards a positive future together, after all, the land still does belong to the American Indians after all. In Conclusion, the story over all was very detailed and explained a lot in its version of events. However, how does one really know that the Indians were the first people on this land of the great? In the Bible, it states there were Adam and Eve and they were white and the first on Earth. Never less, completely disagree with the way the English came in though and just started killing innocent people over land. There is plenty of land to go around for everyone there was no reason to just kill over it. The Indians were very smart back in time; it states it again and again in the history books. Just look at the wars, and the English would just line up and shoot each other. It was the Indians that taught us to fight behind trees and on the ground. The story was a bit confusing though because it stated the men brought fish and deer. In the history books it was......

...cervical cancer screening programs in the wealthier nations. Although there are several known risk factors for getting cervical cancer, no one knows exactly why one woman gets it and another doesn't. One of the most important risk factors for cervical cancer is infection with a virus called HPV (human papilloma virus). HPV is a sexually transmitted disease that is incredibly common in the population; most college-aged men and women have been exposed to HPV. Fortunately, there are several actions that women can take to decrease the risk of dying from cervix cancer. The first of these is undergoing regular Pap testing. Recently, two vaccines, called Gardasil and Ceravix have been developed. These vaccines have been demonstrated to be effective in preventing infection with some strains of HPV, when given before a person is exposed to HPV. For this reason, is the vaccines are recommended and approved for girls and young women ages 9 – 26 years. Effective screening programs in the United States have led to the drastic decline in the numbers of cervical cancer deaths in the last 50 years. For women who do end up with cervical cancer in developed nations, 60% of them either have never been screened or haven't been screened in the last five years. The importance of regular cervical cancer screening cannot be overstated. Just know there is always someone out there to help. Robert H. ...Cortney S. Grissom Dr. Cherry 2013FA-ENGL-1301-71036: Composition 1 29 October 2013 Be Better Than Me My grandfather Earsery told me before he died, "Cortney, don’t be like me, be better than me!" that comment struck me as strange, as I was simply walking into the kitchen to get tall glass of lemonade paying my grandfather no attention. I later on heard another father figure in Carl Gant utter similar words to me as I worked alongside him in my professional life. Years have passed since these events occurred; however, as I continue to grow as an adult and man, I know now those words represent a gift of both wisdom and warning. During my upbringing in Louisiana I was taught that carrying the surname “Grissom” carried a certain amount of responsibility. A Grissom, isn’t allowed to say “fo” in place of the word “four”, nor is a Grissom allowed to present oneself in any way that would shame the family. Some family members felt the standards of my grandfather where too high, but I had no problem keeping up with the rules and regulations of life in a military home. Looking back on my teenage years, I’ve come to realize my granddad was a sculpture and I was a rough natural stone that would one day be his masterpiece to carry on the name “Grissom”. A trip to the gas station would become a exercise in memory recall, “What color was the shirt of the gas station worker?” or “How many buttons were undone on that woman’s blouse behind you in line?”, my grandfather would ask...

...any offers they may have that will attract even more customers. E-Commerce websites have also made it possible for pre-order events to take place online where customers are able to pre-order goods and services before they are officially launched. Many businesses that use social media will also create offers that are based on trending news stories, aka reactive marketing. This will then help businesses to market themselves as well as promoting the news story. * Bricks and clicks The term ‘bricks and clicks’ refers to retailers that have both an e-Commerce website as well as a physical store on the high street where their customers can collect or return items that they have purchased. This then gives the customer the best of both as they know that if they need to return items, they can then do so very quickly and speak directly with a staff member to resolve any issues. Many people still prefer to purchase expensive items from a local store as it can be expensive, time consuming and a lot of hassle to ship the item back to the manufacturer. Benefits for the customers Online shopping offers its customers several advantages over the traditional high street shopping, which include: * The ability to shop 24/7 * The convenience of being able to shop from home and on a mobile device anywhere * Being able to search, find and buy products considerably faster than in a traditional store * The ease of comparing prices across multiple sites within the global market *......

...habits of their loyal customers and how any such change is going to cause a company to lose their loyal customers.   3) Customers become attached to a product and companies need to take that into consideration when attempting to switch the taste of their colas. But it isn’t always the taste that angers consumers, even a slight deviation in name or design can turn otherwise loyal customers off to a product they have used for years. A customer that is brand loyal to Coca-Cola is so for one main reason…Taste, if the company alters the original formula the customer is going to notice it. I for one will only drink Coca-Cola products, I can taste the difference between Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi, for me Diet Pepsi is much sweeter and I do not like the taste at all. If Diet Coke is not available for me to drink, I will not drink Diet Pepsi as an alternative, I would much rather drink nothing. If Coca-Cola changed their original formula, I would be at a loss for what to drink on a daily basis and the Coca-Cola Company has to pay attention to this if it wants to continue to satisfy their core cliental. The company has to keep the end user (consumer) satisfied because it has a vital impact on both customers of Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola itself.   4) The Coca-Cola Company realized that they had and still continues to have really strong brand equity with their customers, after they attempted to change their product back in 1985. Brand equity is a reason consumers are attracted to a brand......

The father drinks in the essence of dadness which is used to show how much the little boy have missed his dad, and having him around, he ( the boy ) constantly tries to reach his dad trying to impress so he can notice him. The short story has used some symbolics in it, and they are very important for the text, because it they were not in here, the text would not make any sense. There are 2 symbols just in the start of the text, Compass and torch. These two symbols are both good for helping each other on finding a good way to a better relationship. If we start with the first symbol, the compass symbolize a way to find a better relationship, which means it guides u to your destination which in this text is the boy to reach his father. The torch symbolize hope, because in the start it is turned off, and it becomes lighter for every step forward the boy makes. It also symbolizes aid for the father and the boy, it aids them by telling them how their relationship will be in the future. But both of them forget the compass and then their wish can not be fullfilled, the father also throws the torch away, and it leads us to that he throws the relationship between the boy and himself away. The gate to the moor is also a symbol because it is a barrier that they can open to find a path or another road, and it also means that it can give the father and son a good and strong will to keep moving forward......
